During my studies of human medicine at the Ruprecht-Karls University in Heidelberg, I regularly worked as an operating theatre assistant. These first steps in the operating theatre left a lasting impression on me and paved the way for my further surgical career.

I trained as a specialist in ear, nose and throat medicine at the Ludwigshafen Hospital. Afterwards, I worked at the University Hospital Mannheim in the field of dermatology, venereology and allergology. Here I specialised in the field of operative dermatology.

During my several years as a senior physician in the renowned ear, nose and throat department of the Augsburg Clinic under Prof. Dr. F.-X. Brunner, I was able to further develop my focus on functional-aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the nose as well as minimally invasive paranasal sinus surgery and expand it to include traumatology, middle ear and skull base surgery.

I then moved to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at the Johann Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. In 2013, I set up my own ENT practice in Goethestraße and moved the practice to a new location within Frankfurt in 2021. The practice is located on the grounds of the well-known Hotel Villa Kennedy in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen and enjoys a national reputation for its neuro-otological focus.

The doctorate (Dr. med.) was awarded at the Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg. I also hold an additional qualification in plastic surgery.
